You must provide accurate and complete information (Name, Email, Mobile Number) during registration.
Each student account is strictly personal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Account sharing, credential lending, or multiple simultaneous logins across unauthorized users are strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Policy

All educational content hosted on Rays Of Knowledge—including video lectures, PDF notes, test series, graphics, logos, and software code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Rays Of Knowledge protected under Indian Copyright Laws (Copyright Act 1957).

STRICTIONS ON ANTI-PIRACY & UNAUTHORIZED RECORDING:

Screen recording, video ripping, downloading encrypted streams, or capturing course material using third-party software is strictly forbidden.
Reselling, redistributing, uploading to Telegram, YouTube, Drive, or public sharing of any course material will result in immediate permanent account ban without refund and legal proceedings under the Indian Copyright Act.

3. Course Access & License Scope

Upon successful payment for a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for educational purposes through our online player during the validity period specified in the course description.

4. Pricing & Payment Policy

All course fees listed on the portal are specified in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payments are processed securely via RBI-authorized Payment Gateways (Razorpay / Cashfree).
Course access is activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any student account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if:

The user violates these Terms & Conditions or Copyright rules.
Suspicious automated scraping, screen recording, or unauthorized credential sharing is detected by security monitoring.
Abusive or fraudulent behavior is directed toward instructors, staff, or fellow students.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rays Of Knowledge makes every effort to ensure seamless streaming and high-quality educational material. However, we are not liable for internet outages, ISP speed variations, or temporary service disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gandhinagar / Dehgam, Gujarat, India.
